Priego
Today we went to Priego, a provencia full of mountains and very narrow streets. The views from any angle were spectacular. What amazed me about Priego was the water. There are so many fountains, but the largest is the king's fountain. In this fountain you can find three different levels with 139 spouts. On the first level you will see a lion fighting a snake. On the second level you will see Neptune with his wife Amphtitrite riding in a carriage. And on the third and last level, you see the mouth of Clero, which is a reference to the clergy who funded the creation of the fountain. In the fountain of health, you can find the water that is used to supply water to the residents of Priego. It is not surprising that Priego is called the city of water.
